Hemal Joshi is a private real estate investor and founder of Stonewell Capital LLC. Originally from the UK, Hemal relocated to Florida in 2025 after building a substantial property portfolio across London and the South East of England, spanning commercial assets, HMOs, and residential holdings accumulated over more than 25 years.

Hemal founded Stonewell Capital to pursue direct commercial real estate acquisition in the US — with a focused interest in industrial flex — while maintaining an active portfolio of partnerships across multifamily, senior living, and industrial assets.

Having structured investments across multiple entities and tax jurisdictions and operated on both sides of the Atlantic through multiple market cycles, Hemal brings a perspective that few US-based investors can match.
